Pilot test plant provides strongsupport for Jingzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone to carry out large amountof investment attraction.
Seven mainbuildings are built rising straight from the ground at the construction site ofthe pilot testplant in Gaoke Road of Jingzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone with tower crane standing. With an overall investment of RMB 210 million, the pilottest plant in Jingzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone covers a buildingarea of nearly 80 thousand square meters, which will be constructed in twophases. This March, the first phase started to be constructed, including a5-floor comprehensive service building, a 5-floor standard plant, and 4long-span single-story workshops. After completed, it can accommodate four tofive enterprises simultaneously.
At present,every building has been in the phase of main building construction. Among them,No. 2 and No. 3 plants can be delivered to enterprises to be put into use whilethe rest will be delivered at the end of this year.
Along with construction units, project underwriting leaders, accountability units, and project secretary also settled on site. Once entering the construction site, they have solvedthe “Last kilometer” problem of construction units’needs for water and electricity.
Standard plant refers tothe production standard factory which is built with all kinds of social capitals from government, groups, and individuals, mainly used to lease andsell to the public during the process of investment attraction. “Tobuild nets to attract phoenix”,pilot test plant providesstrong support for Jingzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone to carry out alarge amount of investment attraction.
Director Kai Han of the First Investment Attraction Division of Jingzhou High-techIndustrial Development Zone introduced that, the attractive terms of settling down only with light capital had attracted a group of high technology enterprises and projects of small size, high technical content and big market potential. So far, two agriculture-related high technology projects, namely Shenzhen DJI Agricultural Plant Protection Drone and Yanshan Carbon-Oxide FertilizerConstruction, have already been signed and they will be “settled down” in August.
